Starting in the 1970’s I used the experience I gained from being raised in the hospitality industry to branch out on my own. I successfully developed and marketed many establishments. I was also the owner and operator of several of these lucrative businesses. My reputation in this area allowed me to serve as a consultant and negotiator to other companies interested in new ventures and acquisitions. In addition to the financial rewards serving as a consultant gave me an opportunity to travel throughout the US and Canada. I feel fortunate that I was able to develop personal and business relationships that have exposed me to the culture and customs of people across the globe. During this time period my education in the field of real estate and development began when I served on a variety of boards and committees including but not limited to HUD, UDEG and SBA.
In 1996 I was presented with the opportunity to relocate to Central Florida and broaden my experience in real estate. I joined forces with NRT to work in one of America’s fastest growing cities, Orlando Florida.
